I have tired punishing him by taking his video games,t.v.,and outside playing. Now he his trying to do nasty things to my children meaning he his trying to hump them while playing in their bedroom. I can't watch him ever minute of the my other stepson has severe epilepsy who needs my attention all the time. What should I do? I don't even want him here anymore.

First of all, the age 7 is known for when kids lie.  This age is a hard one.  You have to stay one step ahead of him.  Let him know that you know.  If he lies about something in school, call him on it.  Talk to his teachers and let them know.  It's fun to catch them in a lie and see how they try to get out of it and cannot.  If a child keeps getting caught in lies, they will stop "Oh, man!  I always get caught.  Can't get away with anything".  As far as the nasty things, when you do catch him make sure that the punishment fits.  I would be real strict with this, when he does something nasty.  Let me know that seeing you in a bad mood after him doing something nasty, is not a pleasant thing.  My children seen me upset with them before, and believe me they eventually learn.  It is not fun when mom is mad.  Mom can make things pretty rough around the house.  Washing kitchen floor on his hands and knees may help.  Think of a nasty dirty job that involves work.  That should help.
