My 8 year old son can't control himself

My 8 year old son cannot control himself. He constantly steals, and lies.He steals food from home and a few times from the grocery store.  He will not clean his room at all. He sneaks out of his room and breaks things, he is also a bully to his younger brothers and sisters. He does not like to read, therfore he does not complete all of his school work. Also, if he is told " No" he will throw a fit. This is very stressful on everyone. We have tried all we know how to do,any suggestions? Thank You.

Have you asked him why he steals and lies,I am sure you feed him but could he be needing more in the way of bulk to fill him up, he seems ot be upset perhaps he feels he is not getting as much positive attention as the younger brothers.Focus on his positive side and praise him when you see him doing something good. Has he sports and Games and outside activities, does Dad get involved with him playing ball games and helping him with projects.
