My 9 year old is telling me he hates him self, as well as hiting his head on the wall at school. He just got suspended for hiting his PE teacher. What do I do?

Does my child have a mental problem? When he was 4 I took him to a psychologist because he said he wanted to die. The Dr. said he was OCD. Are these symptoms of OCD?

Sounds like behaviours common to anxiety issues. OCD is an anxiety disorder. Whether you are dealing with OCD or some other anxiety disorder is irrelevant; it is the treatment of anxiety that is important. (Actually, I wonder if you meant ODD - which is also an anxiety disorder - my response would be the same).
