Still not speaking single word & do not understand our instruction, I am worried what to do further.

Yes you are right ,as you said that we must need professional guidance.
Now, we are taking appointment before we reach  our country,  through that we will handle our child in proper manner.

We also think that your suggestion is right , & last three to four days we focus on our child & he starts eye contact. so we both decide to go back home give him some our local environment in which they belongs. i think when he start play with others children with the help of mine as mother. he will get back on track, hopefully.

If you cannot get help where you are, and if it is possible to go home and get help, I would take this seriously enough to go home and get help.  The kind of thing you are seeing is truly a case of the earlier dealt with, the better.  Can you and the child go home if you have access to health care there, while your husband stays in Saudi Arabia and works?  I would consider this very seriously and move quickly.

      The pediatrician that said, "another says your child need professional attention. go immediate for early solution."  I would go back to him and get a recommendation for where to go for help.  As Mark said, the earlier that this is dealt with, the better it will be .

Yes he respond when his back turned to us, but not always some time ignored & some time many time we say his name then he come or we say  take it this or eat that.

what you suggest?

     You need to know how much he is hearing.  He could be responding to what he is seeing, not what he is hearing.  For example, if his back is turned and you make a loud noise will he respond?   It needs to be professionally checked.  And all of this should be done sooner, rather than later.  Keep us posted.

Yes, We visited two pediatrician one says may be issue, but wait for another 2-3 months, can we stay that long or go to child psychiatric .

another says your child need professional attention. go immediate for early solution.

Please advice what to do, as we are in kingdom of saudi arabia & we are expatriates in country. which means medical charges in this region for that type of issues very expenses.

Are we go back home PAKISTAN, or you suggest better idea ,where to go is better.

he is hearing music, see cartoon , know what cartoon music. but when mama or dad say his name he never answers.

What about his hearing?  Have you had that checked?

It is best to find out what the problem is now while your child is very young.  If it is a developmental issue, waiting can solidify the symptoms.  There is a better chance of reversing the symptoms if dealt with early.  I'm from the USA.  I don't know what resources are at your disposal in Pakistan.

Definitely have him checked by the doctor.  Development issues or hearing issues should be considered.

Have you taken your child to the pediatrician?  There could be a development issue at stake.
