My kids end up in bed with me

I am a mother of two my son is 6 years old and my daughter is 2 years old, every night no matter what time they go to bed they end up in bed with my husband and I.  I get up and put them back in their beds and a few hours later they end up back in our bed.  By this time I have been up with them several times so I just give in and leave them in the bed with us.  It seems like it just started a couple of months ago first with my daughter and then my son started to do it to.  How do I keep them in their beds all the way through the night?  My husband and I have not had a good nights sleep in months please help.

A straightforward approach of limit setting and consistency is really the most important thing you can do. This includes not 'giving in' - every time you do that you basically encourage the behavior. Your six-year-old can also benefit from an incentive/reward approach.
