My one-year-old son is too fussy these days

My one-year-old child used to be a very calm and quiet boy who understands everything. He and the mother stayed in her place for around 4 days last week and now when he came back he started crying for simple things. If I tell him not to do something, he will cry and scream louder. He only used to eat quietly when he wants it. He doesn't like wearing a diaper, but when I put diapers on to go out he understands it and used to be very calm.

But now nothing works. He insists things and screams louder for it. My wife has a sister and 2 children there who have very fussy behaviour and the mother also behaves very bad. I think that he has been influenced by the children there as he stayed there for around four days.

Help! Help!! Help!!!

I think you are correct when you say the children at the other house have an influence could be some teasing some upsetting behavior,it would be a good idea to look into it further, he is upset for his sake its good to check it out.Older children do sometimes like to aggrevate a smaller child, especially if any jealousy could be involved .Good Luck

He might not like the transition from you to his mother.  It can be very confusing for a little kid.  Have you asked him what is wrong or what he wants, when he is crying?  If so, what does he say?  Even a one-year-old can give you a hint.
