My son is driving me nuts

So I have a 2 year old and he has speech delay. Well he has been hitting me, biting me, and screaming at me. I tried the corner and smack on the hand and nothing works. Any advice would be perfect!

You are wise to seek help. It will be important for you to meet with a pediatric behavioral health clinician who can examine the situation with you in detail and help you figure out what needs to be done. The limited information you offered is not sufficient for a forum such as this to guide you.
