My two year wont sleep

My two year was up until a week ago a great sleeper. she is in a toddler bed has been for a little while now she keeps getting out of her bed at all hours of the night she is only getting maybe 3 hours of sleep and then does the same things at nap time i am getting worried she is going to get hurt in the middle of the night and that she is not getting enough sleep for her age

ok u can talk 2 her doctor 2 see wat they can do or maybe get her tried during the day

Has something changed for this little girl that has caused her to be anxious?  Is she getting as much exercise as ever?  Is she getting the same bedtime routine as always?

Can you put her back into a crib?  My son is three and still fits into his (it was a pretty big crib) and has not figured out that he can climb out.  I ask this because with my son,
we've established that his bed is the quiet zone, and that when he is in it, he has to be quiet and still.  I don't let him be in it at any other time.  When he is having a rowdy night, I say that the bed is for the quiet sleeping and the crib is for when he wants to bounce around and chatter and be loud.  I tell him it's perfectly OK for him to be rowdy and loud and jump around, except the only place he can do is it in the crib.  Of course, he doesn't want to sleep in the crib, so he chooses the bed (feeling empowered by his choice) even though he also accepts that this means that he has to be quiet.

Is she teething? Or as above have there been any major changes occurring? Children go through so many phases, as well they come and go. My daughter sleeps worst nights when she teethes.
