Nine year old autistic child still wetting himself everyday

My nine year old nephew is still wetting himself everyday, sometimes twice a day and there does not seem to be a pattern. It often happens at school and he gets teased about this alot and thats when his behaviour issues start, sometimes being violent. He also sometimes soils himself. It happens both at school and at home. He has recently been diagnosed with mild autism. What can we do to help him control himself and to stop or prevent this from happening?

Any plan for intervention has to be preceded by an evaluation. Because of the possible complication of his emotional disorder, the entire sistuation should be evaluated by a pediatric menatl health clinician. I'm assuming by your note that yiur nephew has never been completely toilet trained. Is that the case?
