Not sure what to do

I have been a stepmother for 10 years. My stepson has been very difficult for many years. Lying is the norm, stealing (things that often don't matter), hordids food, habitually disruptive at school, involved with the wrong kids, reads all day and night, creeps around the house at night around 3 AM, very interested in pornography (one computer crashed with all of the firewalls), fire setting, verbally abusive, draws all over himself regularly (strange things such as 10 eye balls up and down his leg), curses all the time, does not follow any rules at home or school, will not do any homework or house chores.Failing out of school and has had 9 referrals and 2 suspenisions in a 9 week period.
This is what I have been living with and cannot take it anymore.
