Not talking

My son is 2 yrs old and not talking, completly. He does say yes and no and thank you and SpongeBoB is this normal

my son was the same got him a pathalogist he is for and still struggling. verbal apria of speach.to early yet to know for you. in sure everythings fine. dont worry yet.

As you can see, he is talking. Yes, it is limited, but it is not a cause of alarm at this point. It is likely that he will build momentum over the next six months. If not, it would invite an evaluation by a Speech/Language clinician. At this point it is reasonable to say that he is behind the norm in his display of speech and language.
