Older cousin 12 toched my 5 year old

I was drying my son after a shower and told him that the only one allowed to touched his private parts is him. Mommy and Daddy can dress you and dry you off but his wee wee(as he calls it) is not to be touched.  He then asked if his cousin can touch it..of course shocked I said no but did he and when did this happen. My son was worried about being in trouble and I assured him he would never be in trouble and he did the right thing telling me.  He then said his cousin asked him to suck it..I wanted to cry but had to remain calm. He said I told him no and he was fine with that..the older cousin is telling him he cant be a tatle tail(SP?)

My husband and I will be talking  to his brother and wife.  The sad part is we cant  see them until their son gets help.  He is 12!! I feel my son worships his cousin too much...what do I do? Should my son go to talk with someone?
