Please help

I have a 10 year old son and iam very concerened about him  as he still flaps his arms like a bird when he is at home at school or out to play.
His teacher rasied concerns last week but i have already done that and nothing got done.
His mood swings and we have recenty got a cat but he wont leave the cat alone he picks her up and makes her sit on his bed, when i get the cat off his bed he goes mad saying im not going to sleep and keeps getting out of bed and going to look out the bathroom window.
His friend at school tells me that he bangs his head on the table if he cant get the answer right, please can someone help
