Potty training my soon to be 4 year old daughter

I am trying to get my soon to be 4 year old daughter potty trained. I have tried using stickers, treats, telling her good job, way to go, U can do it. It don't seem to work. She uses pull ups and I have used training pants underwear and she doesn't always go to the bathroom. I have tried every suggestion i could think of to get her potty trained.I don't know what else to do I tell her that if she don't get potty trained she won't get to go to school. I am so frustrated right now i just don't know what else to do.
