Reactions after food dye.. need help

I came across this website and I thought i would take a chance that someone out there can help me or give me some advice. This is in regards to my 7 year old daughter. I am in the process of finding a dr, it is just a hard process in finding the right place to go. She has no medical issues, I have noticed thru the past 4 years that these episodes happen after she has had any food with dye in it, not sure if it is related to anything or not. They happen mostly at night or towards night, until this past few months, she was always in the house, never at school, or at any sports or dances that she does. It can happen at times when she does not get her way, but that is only about half the time. It can happen out of the blue. She will start wanting to hide in the house, then will not listen to anything, she becomes violent towards me mostly, her dad at times. She will then say that she wants to leave because she hates us so much, she will say she wants to kill herself, but never go further then that. She will say words that are not words that she has used before. She becomes full of rage and hate, anything near her will be thrown or broken, she has a look in her eyes that is different, and always gets hungry and a headache after she is done. this is so hard and rough to deal with, and I am not sure what it could be because it is out of the blue, i tired to keep all dyes away, and we can go a few months with no problem, but when any drop of dye is given to her, it gets bad. Anyone out there have any ideas or offer me help.

Does she watch anything on TV or use the Computer a lot there are many scary vampire movies around today

Dye in general is not good. Anything that has dye in it.
