Your daughter is without a doubt severely emotionally disturbed, and the only possibility of successfully treating her difficulties will be for her to be admitted to residential treatment for a sustained period of time (likely a couple of years). The sorts of troubles she is experiencing cannot be treated on an outpatient basis.
