Should I worry about it to much?

by Juliana691, Jul 02, 2009 12:11AM
Well I have a daughter five years old who is very active. She looks in my face when I'm talking but she dont hear me because she have something else on mind. If shes not moving because she on a time out then she is talking. She cannot sit still for one second. Its take a lot for her to cry. She dont cry. My four years old son on the other hand is the opposite. He is a very lay back person. His problem is that he cry alot. Everytime I try to talk to him about something that he did bad, he would start crying before I even start talking. He cry when he startle. He cry when my daughter cry. He is afraid of toys that looks like any kind of animal. Sometime he just cry when I'm trying to ask him about something. We dont give him time out or anything like that because it hurt to see hime like his tense and scare all the time. Its like his afraid of us. When he was an infant, he would cry at any loud noise including the TV. His been like this since he was little. I'm not sure if that is normal or will he grow out of it.

When a child cries a lot for no reason, it could be a medical physical problem.  You should take him to a pediatrician to make sure that there is nothing medically.  Different diseases that children get can cause the symptom of crying a lot.
