Six year old pretending to be pregnant .

My six year old pretends to be pregnant by putting balls, pillows or stuffed animals under her blouse, is that normal? And when she is caught she becomes embarrased or angry and wont talk about it.

I wouldn't worry about it. She is too young to know what being pregnant means. Or how women get pregnant. I believe she is just mimicing what she has seen because she knows it is related to girls. I don't believe you should do or say anything yet. Just smile and I believe it will pass.
If it continues 6 months to a year, them I would explain that being pregnant is a serious and an adult thing even though it is beautiful.  Meanwhile, keep the lines of communications open.
