Son likes to be licked

My son, who is now 14, told me about 6 years ago that he likes it when people lick him.  I asked him at the time who had licked him and he told me his little friend sometimes licked his arm and that he liked it.  I tried not to make a big deal out of it and truthfully never talked about it again.  Fastforward to present.  I now have   a 5 and 3 year old daughter, my son's half sisters.  the other day the older one told me everytime i go into J**'s room he asked me to lick his fingers.  I questioned her about it and she seemed embarassed and did not want to get him in trouble and said it was a long time ago and he doesnt do that anymore.  Well i told my son what she had said and he didnt deny it.  I just said your sister told me this happened and if it did dont ever do it agian.  He just said okay.   Should I be concerned?  Sometimes he babysits both girls, should he not be alone with them.  I am very disturbed by this and in no way ever want anything like this to happen again.  Is this a sign of a future child molester?

I doubt that licking fingers makes him a child molester but I do think its always good to be aware ,As you have also told him that you don't like that behavior it may not happen again, I am never in favor of teens looking after young children I do not think they know what to do if there is an emergency, and know CPR .
