Testing for Sensory Intergration Disorder

I am trying to find someone that does sensory intergration testing in Maine, preferably northern Maine, or near Maine. The child in question is a 12 year old male that has been diagnosed with ADHD, LD, and Dyslexia. The mother has attended a conferene on sensory intergration and believes her son may have this condition, as does one of the doctors that gave his current diagnoses.

Occupational Therapy is the discipline that is qualified to evaluate and treat problems with sensory integration. Your local school system might be a good resource, both to obtain the names of practitioners and maybe even to do the testing, since such problems often qualify for attention via special education regulations.
