I also think maybe what she want is sometime with you. Children somtimes want this, to know everything is centered on them and not on something else. Perhaps take her out for a day on the town to a local child's museum or park.
First of all, you need some time to yourself. Do you have anyone who will sit for you? Everyone needs some time for themselves. Next, don't yell. To get a toddlers attention try whistling, chirping like a bird, or singing. My Grandmother always chirped like a bird when she wanted us to stop and listen. It always works with all her children and grandchildren and great grandchildren etc. She is 92. I would sing to my child when she was toddler to calm her down. She was extremely active. The more calm and happy you are the more calm and happy your toddler will become.
