Twitching eyes and jerking head

My daughter is 22 months old and has just started (4 days ago) blinking both eyes and jerking her head at the same time. I am concerned as it is very frequent. In all other aspects she seems normal although about a month ago she had an episode where her eyes rolled back and she was floppy/unresponsive for about a minute. She has had a number of hospitalizations for Sepsis at birth, meningococal septicaemia at 8 months, pneumonia 2 months ago and her infection level was so high they suspected meningitis again and did a lumbar puncture but it was clear.
I am worried because it seems to be one thing after another.

Definitely follow up on this with your medical providers, because you do have to be concerned about the possibility of some neurological problems in light of your daughter's illnesses.
