This is unfair to your friend. I understand she is your friend, but it is her body. There are things you may put in your body she may not approve of, that aren't healthy, but she is still your friend. You've already expressed your concern, there isn't much you can do. If you continue to harp on her, or like someone else mentioned, refusing to be her friend anymore, she may realize she doesn't want you there. If it makes you so uncomfortable, ask her no to smoke around you, because your worried about YOUR health as well. If she doesn't take this into consideration, she wasn't much of a friend to begin with.
True.... it is her body but its your choice to be around the smoke, so tell her if she doesnt quit or at least not smoke when you are there... you will have to say bye to her.
