Urinating problems

my brother is 10 and urinates on himself, the carpet, and closets.

Has anyone asked him why he does it? perhaps unless he has an illness, he should have some repurcussions for the behavior, does he do this at school?

He doesn't do this behavior at school, but he has other behavior problem at school and he also has ADD. There are repercussions for the urinating behavior and he knows it is wrong.

So my next question is he on any meds for the ADD some meds do have side effects ,the fact he doesnt do this at school tells me he is upset at home , has he siblings apart from you, how do you get on with him,  are Mom and Dad together .
