What can be done to help this child

This lttle boy came to the daycare in October of 1997. Age 2 1/2 years old.
At the time he was considred autistis. He needed to jump to feel the shock in his bones. He had aproblem of shoving children around. Didn't matter older child or toddler he would shove or push them to the floor.
Six months ago he began pushing and shoving the infants down. I informed the mother then that if that continued her son would have to leave day care.
Now the child is thought to have ADHD.
I only have this child 4 to 5 times a month. Mother is out of the country on vacakation. Child is with father.
On Sunday September 26, child was left by father for him to go to work. This child  Knocked  one baby down so hard it put her two bottom teeth through her upper lip. He continued pushing and shoving cildren all night.
On Tuesday night September 28, this child kicked the other baby in the mouth. Continueed to push and shove all the other children in the day care.
Wednesday September 29, this child six year old . Knocked him on the bed and began hitting him.
They were seperate3d by an adult. This child began to go after a four year old. The adult in charg took ahold of thechild to hold him to keep him from doing any harm to the other child. He began to kick and scream. After he was calm and let go he then wen for the one year old baby and start kicking on her . I brought him to a different room put him in time out. Called his father to come get him. All this atacking of children was done in 30 min of time.
The father verbely atacked me for calling him from work to pick up his child. He told me it was unfair that I gave the other father 30 days to get help for his child and I only gave him 30 min notice. As I stated earlier I had spoken to the mother about his behavore.
He yelled at me that I did this to him because his ex was out of the country.
I informed him that when a child isout of controle that child needs to be removed by a parent. This means you being the only parent to call you have to take him. The father paied mefor the three days by throwing the money on the table, fired me, and walked out, only to return to throw my house kee on the table.
What kind of help should the parents seek for this litle boy?

Dear Ms. Jones,

Such an aggressive youngster requires a pediatric mental health evaluation, preferably by a multi-discipline team, including a psychologist, psychiatrist and psychiatric social worker. In addition to variables concerning his social and emotional functioning, his family situation requires scrutiny. He will likely require a therapeutic pre-school setting, with significant capacity for crisis intervention and one-to-one management.

WOW. what a kid you have there. I'm not a doctor but my son has ADHD, and he does not act this way. I'm sure that different kids act differently with ADHD but this sounds really dangerous. You might want to see about calling Child protective services for him. You as a care provider are by law to report anything like this to the proper people. I would say that the child has a implusive, obsessive disorder of some kind. I would have done the same thing by calling the boys' parents to come for him. you can't have the child hurting the other kids. I would like to talk to you off the board, you can e-mail me at  ***@****
