My nephew is 19 yrs old. and i think he has psychological problem. He is always very quiet and doesn't talk unless you start the conversation. He always look like his mind is floating and when you talk to him he would stare at you, smile then talk. He talks very soft and can't hear him the first time. For a man he does not look aggressive. He is very timid and he doesn't socialize unless you ask him. One time my sister asked him if he wants to go out with us and he said he doesn't want to go. We left and after an hour he called my sister and he said he wants to end his life and that he does not want to add burden anymore to my sister. It was only then i have found out he's been going through a lot because of the big change in their life. They just moved here from another State. He has been good when they came over here in California and was very happy with the change. There was no problem until this thing happened. He doesn't stay long with his job because they say he is very slow and unfocused. Please advise.
