Hi,

As 16 year old boy you have not yet finished growing.  Boys grow up to their late teens generally.

There is no exercise to specifically increase height.  Your ultimate possible height is determined by your genetics. How tall are your parents / your uncles.  Probably your final height will be somewhere close.

However, best way to reach your maximum genetic height is good diet and plenty of exercise.  This means lots of fresh fruits and veges, meats and / or eggs for protein.  Don't eat too much junk food / sugar.  Exercise every day, jogging, playing basketball, some weight training but not excessive (excessive would be more than a couple of hours a day) - ie. running marathons is not a target at this stage....
