My niece has been diagnosed with ADHD, and her doctor put her on Ritalin.  My sister took her off Ritalin because she seemed spaced out with no personality.  Her teacher at school is having a difficult time with her behavior so my sister took her to the Doctor to see if there was something else she could try.  Her doctor has recommended Zylert.  Before she started her on this medication, my sister asked me to search the internet to see if there is any information on the drug, but I can

It is a stimulant medication which is often prescribed when one of the more common stimulant medications (Ritalin or Dexedrine) has not proven helpful or has resulted in unacceptable side effects.
