My son is twelve years old. He recently hurt himself during a rugby match where he was trodden on the chest. He said it was slightly sore when he breathed but did not bother him too much. I have been keeping a close eye on him and am worried because his chest is now a different shape. His right side is sitting higher than his left around the breast but at the side of lhis ribRib cage pain there seems to be an indentation. Could he have brokenBroken bone Broken or knocked out tooth something even though he was not in alot of pain. This happened about three weeks ago.

I can't believe these guys, and their pain tolerance. If his chest looks different, best to get it checked.
