aggresive behavior

My granddaughter has a lot of behavioral problems, and i don't know what is wrong.  She talks in a loud voice,
she is mean to everybody has no friends, fights a lot with everybody, when told no she starts yelling and crying
and starts rocking back and forth or will get on her knees and start jumping up and down.  She hits me when
i tell her no or she will throw something at whoever says no to her.  She is very manipulative and lies a lot

Sounds like you need Super Nanny! It is very important not to let her get away with that behavior and provide consequences for those behaviors. On the other end, she also needs positive feedback when she does something right. If she is really that out of control, I would suggest counseling for all involved so that your family can get on the same page on how to deal with her outbursts.

Yes, I think some counseling would be a good place to start, you need support too.  It can be overwhelming to know what to do esp with these types of children.  It's easy for people to tell us what to do, but harder to implement, believe me, I know.  I wish there was an instruction manual!!
