hello doc my 2 yrs old baby girl very rarerly play with her toys or watches cartoon or not seems to be interested in anything except me.she is always after me and tries to do everything whatever I am doing weather it is working on a computer or combing hair or just anything.she never let me do anything and tries to do my work on her own.this sometimes irritates me as I don't get a single moment for myself.plz help.
Im no doc, but I can tell you that smart children are always more interested in playing grown-up than with their own things. you just have to get used to it. Instead of letting it irritate you, let her "help" and find ways to include her in the things you have to do. If it's laundry, let her assist you in getting the things out of the dryer. If it's cooking, assist her in stirring something or allow her to get the pots out of the cabinet for you. Give her a doll to comb while you comb her hair. Hope this helps. Enjoy
