i have a 4 year old boy who from the age of 14 months only needs about 4 till 6 hours sleep always hyper hitting out for nothing he would also shout alot and use difference vocies has to have sertin toys he has to wear football shoes and and everything has to be blue doesnt like meeting strangers isnt a very good eater onless its wat he likes which is noodles toys have to be in the right order lined up or the right trailor with the right lorry if not he would just hit u starting to find it really hard to handle his behaviuor if he isnt shouting at me he hitting and anyone around him cant go in a car onless we go the same way everytime or he lashes out but on the plus side he does make friends but with in a few days he seems to fall out with them and seems to be more intertested in sitting with the people doing work expercise remembers everything could put something somewere and go the the same place to get it a month later speech teacher says he very easy destracted and wont sit in 1place for long if u have any ideas of what to do it would be helpfull thanks or anything else u would like to no thats the main things

I answered these questions. Yes, he needs the evaluation. There is no point waiting. Ask his pediatrician for a recommendation of a Developmental Pediatrician.
