i was going to say sounds like he's insecure. have you sat down and talked w/ him about it? perhaps he wants a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys more encouragement and cheering coming in his direction. im thinking a boost for his self confidence could come from him being involved in some type of extracurricular activity or hobby of his liking, something he could learn teamwork from and feel valuable.
i also was thinking that if he just doesn't know that type of behavior is unacceptable, you might find some quick reading material and go over it together with him on how to win friends and keep them. he needs to know it definitely wont come from making fun or criticizing others
