my son has a really really bad temper if he doesnt get what he wants or if he gets hurt he goes crazy he shouts swears throws things breaks things and says he is going to kill himself he is only 7 has allways had a temper but getting worse in past couple of weeks im really worried and dont no what to do

Is there afamily history of mood disorder, particularly bipolar disorder? Sometimes, not usually, such extreme anger can be a sign of juvenile-onset bipolar disorder.
