child anger

hello i have a 10 year old daughter who recently has started getting very angry for no real reason.I have tried talking to her but she does not seem to understand why she gets angry herself. My daughter was never a angry child and this worries me.Is there anybody out there who has experienced anything similar.

What triggers the anger, can you give an example ?

first of all thank you for your rsponse. my daughter's anger is triggered when she tells her sister to do something and they don't do it or if i ask her to do something.

is her sister younger? maybe some jealousy going on ,maybe she doesnt like the manner she is asked to do something, has anything new happened any changes, school, home family , that would upset her .
