my son is seven and mastubates all the time.. i used to get after him then read that it was normal for children to do that. im overseas and the other day my mom caught him using my brothers hand who is 5? what is wrong with him? should i take him to c a phyciatrist or what.. too me this is not right at all.. what do i do?

It's normal for a kid to masturbate, but he should be told by his parent that it is an activity for him to do when he is alone in private, and not to enlist anyone else to do it.  I don't know why he has not gotten the "incest taboo" message, but the point should be that it unacceptable to make his brother participate.  He might be too young to understand words like coercion, but I think you (or whomever is the one to talk to him about it) can get it across.  And he might also need to have another discussion with you about privacy and private activities and private parts.
