thats good is the child very underweight, are the foods I mention available where you live?
thanx a lot..am glad i can use ur tips...
Are you spoon feeding the child as sometimes they eat more and better at this age if allowed to eat finger foods or with a spoon themselves. Cereal in the morning , cheerios; kids love they can pick them up easily with their little fingers, yoghort, banana any fruits ..Lunch time , fingers of whole meal bread, slice of cheese, fruit, little pile of beans /rice ..dinner maybe some pasta , lots out there in differant shapes, some chicken for protein, peas, broccoli.fruit , a rice or tapioca pudding.Give the child plenty of time to eat , they dont like being rushed ...good luck some great foods out there prepared especially for children ...
