concentration ?

My daughter is 8 and is always slow - intelligent enough but SLOW at doing, slow at walking (behind the famiily) slow at doing (getting out pencil case and organising 1 pencil) slow and getting out of bed (getting dressed) slow at eating (last to finish -everytime) slow at maths - may get the answer right or wrong. She needs to keep up at school or repeat the year - very sad about this. Slow at learning to read. doesnt appear to have a major dyslexia problem like I did. I feel like giving her Coffee for breakfast - but disbelive in this. We have a very healthy diet (even if I do say so myself) she doesn't eat really enough and not drink enough water - has had a lot of urine track infections - to slow to get to the toilet ! I don't believe in AHAD or what ever they label it at the moment - that comes down to disipline I believe (sorry) but constant asking and therefore disipline is not the answer. Help please
