could my fiances son have ADD/ADHD?

I am concerned...Is this normal 7 year old behavior?  He plays forever in the shower, emptying shampoo bottles, smears liquid handsoap all over the mirror and sink.  Interrupts all the time, stutters, mumbles at times when he asks a question.  When he is using his bathroom, and does not have toilet paper, rather than call for someone to bring him some, he uses his hands...it has been found on the shower door (feces) and has been told numerous times to put the toilet paper in the toilet, not the trash because it is very unhealthy.  He eats very fast, no matter how many times you tell him to slow down.  Has to be told more than once to clean up his mess.  ALmost everytime he is asked to do something by someone, he justs looks at you with a bewildered look on his face and says "huh?"...

While ADHD is a possibility, it would not explain all the behavior you describe. A thorough mental health evaluation would benefit him; part of the evaluation could focus on ADHD.
