daughter @almost 20months not saying words

my daughter is turning 20months old in the coming week.she just started walking on her own when she was 19 months and before that she can say papa and mama clearly.however,we noticed that she just likes walking around inside our room but when we let her walk in the living room or outside the house,she cries.and when we teach her how to point her body parts,she doesn't pay attention to us.she loves watching childrens song that my friend gave it to me.is my daughter dealyed in her development growth and so with her speech.

Yes, it does appear that yuor daughter is displaying some developmental lags. A prudent approach would be to arrange an evaluation with a Developmental Pediatrician.

My son had ten words when he turned two. I was very worried. Then at 2 yrs 9 months he started talking more. He is turning 4 next month and talks non-stop! Relax, she will talk when she's ready...
