delay in speech

My son is 3 years old. His sppech is not so much developed. He usually speaks a few words like Papa, Mama, Aaja etc. I consult with ENT specialist, Speech therapist at Vimhans & AIIMS delhi. According to them there is no medical problem. He needs practice. We generally speaks his body language to full fill his reuiqrements. Give me the solution to improve his sppech.

There is no quick solution, my son has severe speech delay, and its a matter of time. My son has a speech and language disorder, which is stopping him from getting better speech. You should maybe take him to see a paediatrician. Thats what i did...they can help.
