discouraging infants from playing with feces

what is the safest,healthiest,most efficient means of discouraging infants from playing with feces?

Create clothing  where they can't get into their diapers.

It can be done.  I had a child who could defeat ANY kind of child lock/button system,  could scale kitchen cabinets in a single bound and could open child proof medications better than I can,   and I was able to design footie overalls with little tiny key padlocks at the straps for nap time.  

Good thing we're smarter than they are!  This too shall pass.
