disobedient 2 year old

we have a 2 year old girl who has sever delays in social,receptive,expressive, and cognition.  she acts as if she cant her a think we sa to her but her hearing is in range needed to learn spoken language. but most of the time she does not respond to use or anyone for that matter. she does get fustrated when we try to make her use words instead of gestures and will throw or hit thinks in rebelen to us. we have recentally started speach theropy and they say she is self absorbed and unless we can hold her attention we will have a hard time getting her to do anything we ask. any ideas for children like her as far
asideas or possible problems she may have
