don't know what to do

I have 2 sons that are 10 and 6 yrs old they live with their dad. I get them every other weekend. How do i get them to either quit peeing on the toilet seat or to lift the toilet seat. I've tried everything and nothing works.

   No, I mean you leave it up so that its always up when they need it.  if nothing else has worked ... Why not?
