due to birth injury ?

i was woundering if a hand on a infants head durring delivary to keep the child from being born put pressure on the neck or brain stim and cause permanat damage?  i wounder because our daughter is know 2 and she has always been a little behind in her development but ubtil know wh had asumed it was do to her PDA.  what makes me wounder is she did not rol over from her back to tummy until she was 6 1\2 months, and did not have enough streinth to balance and suport her self sitting until she was almost 8 months.  when she was 16 months she had the first of three siezures(june,sept,dec) which are generalized and know has been diagnosed with speech delays. she also has problems with logalization of tones at 10 decibles or below out of her right ear.  her 2 eegs where normal,aswell as her ct and mri wich showed a mild flatting of the right side of her skull cap.  could this be related to being forcfully held inside the birth connal for 45 min priame to her arrival?
