foot pain

My adopted daughter has been complaining of foot pain in the arch over the last 2-3 years.  She has seen her pediatrician, ortho specialist, and podiatrist.  They all say that its nothing to growing pains.  Well, now she has the same pain in her hands and her thighs.  The hands started about a month ago, the thighs, a couple of days ago.  She has not sustained any injuries and has no other symptoms.  I have no medical hx. except that she is Mian Indian and was 6 weeks premie.  She is very small for her age, only 32 pounds at 38 inches (as most Guatamaleans are).  Her parents were 4'5'' and 4'7".  I not sure if that has anything to do with this.  Her blood work 2 years ago was nornal.  The only relief she gets are hot foot soaks in water and motrin.  The pain occurs in the middle of the night 99% of the time.  It wakes her and she has trouble bearing weight on the foot.  Please help, I have no where else to turn.
