fued between son and father

my brother who is 32 and my father live together, my brother had learning difficulties at school and was given a social worker until the age of 16. my dad was a single father and found it extremley difficult bringing up 3 kids alone.
my dad has always been there to look after my brother who at the age of 32 has no idea how the outside world live and he is quite aggresive (aggressive) which results in arguments between the 2 turning into ww3.
my dad has a lot of health issues now which has resulted in him having depression and a lot of it has been caused by the constant grieve my brother gives him.
mark finds it hard to keep a job and my dad is on benefits seems as he is unfit for work this is very worrying for my dad as he struggles on small amount and my brother doentseem to understand the cost of living and gives my dad only a small amount of money each fortnight, he expects my dad to cook clean and keep him which my dad has always done but it is coming to a time where my dad will not be able to do this for much longer. they constantly row and fight police have been called several times the neihgbours listen to them argue many occasions. my dad is nearly 60 a lot of health issues and i need some help to stop the pair of them hurting each other mentally and physically my dad has tried to talk but mark doesnt understand please have you got anyone who he can talk to to try and ease the situation my dad doesnt want to see my brother out on streets so puts up with his behaviour but hes now to a point where he crys a lot as hes at a loose end . please could you help.

This is a dilemma, don't you just hate that word ,it seems to me that  you and your Dad have  to find somewhere nearby for your brother to live ,its not good for either of them to live with this constant stress,.Start with the Doctor ask if there is any way your brother can be helped.maybe a visit from a social worker, skilled in these matters .Its obvious the two need to have their own space there possibly could be some financial aid to get your brother a small place of his own .The fact the police have been involved and physical abuse shows it has gone far enough. Good you are concerned for them both and its really tough on you aswell.Good Luck let us know what you decide , my ultimate opinion is ..split them up ,at least living together .
