Do you mean she is pretending to have sex, like playing with herself if that is you are saying then yes it is normal behavior, most all kids do this mine is 4 and he plays with hisself, I had to have the talk about going in private to that.

In which way?  Some behaviors are though as a parent it is disconcerting to see them in your kid.
