headaches in 10 year old

My 10 yr.daughter has had a headache for 6days nonstop I took her to the doctor She said it sounded like a migraine but also said it could be sinus she checked her eyes to rule out that.checked nose and ears throat said she wanted to try Claritin and to give her 300mg.motrin every 6hrs.None of this has helped she still wakes up in the middle of the night with the headache has it all day also complains of getting dizzy and sick to her stomach.Does this sound like a migraine?and where should I go from here?any suggestions

Yes, I'd certainly follow up with the notion that this may be a migraine syndrome (particularly if her sinuses are OK). Speak again with the pediatrician to let her know you want to pursue this possibility.
