help for daughter

I am the mother of two daughters one 7 1/2 and the other 4. My oldest has just continued to get worst and worst here lately. One mintue she is fine and happy and the next she is screaming and yelling at me and hitting things and pointing at me like she is gonna hit me. She has had a rough time in her life from watching her real father abuse me till she was 1 1/2 and then at the age of 2 1/2 she lost half of her left foot to a lawn mower. I am beginning to fear that she is going to really hurt someone like another kid or her sister. I am at a stand still she is ADHD and i fear there is something else wrong. Has anyone ever heard or seen anything like this. please if anyone can help with any info it would be appricated.

Your daughter's emotional instability invites evaluation by a pediatric menatl health professional. ADHD certainly does not explain the labile mood and verbal aggression and reactivity.
